Spicy Mutton Masala

Ingredients:
Mutton – 250 gms
Oil – 30 ml
Onions – 3
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1
Green Coriander – 2 tblsp, chopped

Grind to a Paste:
Green Chillies – 4
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic Pod – 1
Aniseed – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add the onions, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
3. Fry well.
4. Add the mutton and fry till the oil separates.
5. Add enough water to cook the mutton and have a thick gravy.
6. When the mutton is 75% done, add salt, tomatoes, sugar and lemon juice.
7. Cook till the mutton is tender.
8. Garnish with green coriander.
9. Serve hot.
