Lobster Malai

Ingredients:
Lobsters – 2, cubed
Yogurt – 1/4 cup
Cream – 1/4 cup
Cream Cheese – 4 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – chopped, to garnish

For the Marinade:
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Salt – 1 tsp
White Pepper – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tblsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Put the yogurt, cream and cream cheese in a blender and blend together.
2. Put all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the lobster.
3. Toss to coat and marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in the yogurt mixture and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Put the lobster pieces on bamboo skewers.
6. Grill in a preheated, moderate oven until they become tender. Take care not to over cook them.
7. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
8. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with coriander leaves.
