Ingredients:
Fresh Mint Leaves – 50 gms
Desiccated Coconut – 6 tblsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tblsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Plain Yogurt – 3/4 cup
Method:
1. Finely chop the fresh mint leaves.
2. Put the mint with the coconut, sesame seeds, salt and yogurt into a blender.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Transfer the chutney to a jar, cover and chill until needed.
