Ingredients:
American Sweet Corn Cobs – 2
Curd – 1 tblsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Mustard Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – a pinch
Salt – 1/3 tsp
Ginger and Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – a pinch
Onions – 1/2 tblsp, grated
Skewers – 5 to 6
Method:
1. Pressure cook the corn cobs in just enough salted water until 2 whistles.
2. Remove and cut into 3 to 4 pieces.
3. Mix all the other ingredients and add the corn pieces.
4. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
5. Skewer the marinated corn pieces and grill them for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Serve.
