Ingredients:
Mutton – 200 gms
Onion – 100 gms
Tomato – 50 gms
Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Cloves – 1 tsp
Garlic – 4 to 5 flakes
Ginger – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 3 tsp or more as required
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tblsp
Fresh Curry Leaves – 1/2 bunch
Pepper Powder – 20 gms
Milk – 50 ml
Oil – 50 ml
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Chop onion, tomato and make a paste of garlic and ginger.
2. Heat oil, add whole garam masala, curry leaves and chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
3. Add garlic ginger paste and fry.
4. Add chilli, turmeric and coriander powder.
5. Blend well and sprinkle water.
6. Add tomatoes and blend with onion.
7. Add mutton, and pepper powder.
8. Cook till the mutton is done, and add milk to glaze.
9. Check seasoning.
10. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
11. Serve with boiled rice and sambar.

This recipe is popularly known as mutton pepper fry.
