Lamb Kebab with Vegetables
Ingredients:
Minced Lamb – 500 gms
Ginger Paste – 1 1/2 tblsp
Cheese Slices – 1/3 cup
Capsicum – 3 1/3 tblsp, finely chopped
Tomatoes – 3 1/3 tblsp, finely chopped, deseeded
Onions – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Brown Onion Paste – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 3, minced
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1 1/2 tblsp
Butter

Method:
1. Combine the ginger paste, brown onion paste, green chillies, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, cheese and oil with the minced lamb.
2. Mix well, squeezing out any excess water, and keep aside for 2 hours.
3. In a different bowl, combine the onions, tomatoes and capsicums.
4. Skewer the lamb mixture and top with the onion-tomato-capsicum mixture.
5. Roast in an oven/grill for 10 minutes basting regularly with butter.
6. Remove and serve hot.
