Khade Masala ka Gosht

Ingredients:
Mutton – 1 kg
Oil – 1/2 cup
Onions – 3, finely sliced
Curd – 1 cup, beaten smoothly
Coriander Seeds – 1 tblsp, dry roasted
Cloves – 5
Cardamoms – 5
Cinnamon – 1 inch stick
Water as required
Ginger – 1 inch piece, chopped
Garlic – 1 tblsp, chopped
Dry Red Chillies – 6
Tomato – 1, chopped
Salt as per taste
Lime Juice as per taste

Method:
1. Cut mutton into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry half the onions till lightly browned.
4. Add mutton and stir fry till well browned.
5. Add curd, coriander, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and water.
6. Cook till the mutton is tender.
7. Add ginger, garlic, red chillies, tomato, salt and the remaining onions.
8. Simmer together on very low heat till the mutton and gravy have a good aroma.
9. Add lime juice.
10. Serve hot with roti or rice.
