Cauliflower Shrimps

Ingredients:
Shrimps – 500 gms, peeled and deveined
Cauliflower – 300 gms, broken up into small florets
Oil – 8 tblsp
Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped
Water – 300 ml
Peas – 200 gms, shelled
Cornflour – 3 tsp
Stock – 3 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

Method:
1. Fry the cauliflower florets in oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
3. Fry the garlic for 60 seconds.
4. Add the shrimps and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Remove and keep aside.
6. Pour water into the pan.
7. When it comes to a boil, add the salt, peas and the cauliflower.
8. Cover and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
9. Mix together the cornflour, salt and pepper with the stock to form a thick sauce.
10. Add the shrimps and the mixed sauce.
11. Simmer till the sauce becomes thick and rich.
12. Serve hot.
