Ingredients:
Corn Kernels – 250 gms
Spring Onions – 8 tblsp, chopped
Butter – 6 tsp
Cornflour – 4 tsp
Cream – 1/2 cup
Cheese – 1 cube, grated
Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat the butter and fry the cornflour.
2. Lower the flame and add the milk.
3. Stir continously till the sauce is thick.
4. Add half of the cheese and continue stirring till the cheese melts.
5. In an another pan over moderate heat, add the corn, cream, salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
6. Mix well.
7. Let it cook for few seconds and add the soya sauce.
8. Add the spring onions and stir.
9. Pour the corn mixture into a greased container.
10. Pour the sauce over it.
11. Garnish with the remaining cheese.
12. Bake till light brown.
