Small Potato Curry

Ingredients:
Onion – 2, big
Small Potatoes – 1/4 kg
Curd – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tblsp
Cardamom – 3
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

Grind Together:
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
Garlic – 5 flakes
Green Chillies – 5
Onion – 1
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 2

Method:
1. Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker.
2. Peel the skin and keep aside.
3. Cut onions into fine pieces.
4. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
5. Add cardamom and fry for a minute.
6. Add the chopped onions.
7. When it turns translucent, add ground masala.
8. Fry till oil separates from it in a reduced flame.
9. Mix curd, salt and turmeric powder.
10. Keep frying till oil separates once again.
11. Add peeled potatoes and fry till done, sprinkling water in between.
12. Serve hot.

Note: This curry should be dry.
