Tofu Sizzler

Olive oil – 3 to 4 tsp
Chopped red, green and yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – 2 to 3 tblsp
Blanched Beans – 1 to 2 tblsp
Chopped Carrot – 1 tblsp
Blanched Broccoli – 4 to 5 florets
Salt to taste
Black Pepper – to taste
Mashed Potato – 1 cup
Tofu pieces – 6 to 7
Cabbage leaves – 4 to 5
Lettuce leaves – 1 to 2
Potato fingers – 6 to 7
Butter – 2 to 3 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 to 3 tsp

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the capsicums, bean, carrots and broccoli.
2. Now add salt and pepper and toss.
3. Add some salt and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
4. Coat the tofu pieces with potato mixture and fry.
5. Place cabbage and lettuce leaves on a sizzler plate.
6. Place the tofu stuffed potato cake and potato fingers.
7. Add butter and lemon juice.
8. Serve hot.
