Dry Fruit Milkshake Recipe

A healthy, nourishing and energy boosting milkshake with mixed dry fruits. A great summer drink for kids and adults.
Dry Fruit Milkshake

Almonds – 10
Cashewnuts – 10
Pistachios – 10
Walnuts – 10
Milk – 400 ml
Sugar – 3 1/2 tblsp

1. Soak the dry fruits in water for 45 to 60 minutes.
2. Peel the almond skins.
3. Combine them all and grind to a smooth paste.
4. Add milk, sugar and blend well.
5. Pour this into serving glasses with couple of ice cubes.
6. Garnish with some chopped dry fruits if desired.
7. Serve at once.
