Mint Tea is a easy to make, refreshing beverage with lots of health benefits. Consumption of this tea relieves stress, anxiety, increases alertness, aids in stomach ailments and improves sleep.
Mint Tea
Fresh Mint Leaves – 10 to 15 leaves or 1 large sprig
Boiling Water – 1/2 cup
Honey – 1/2 to 1 tsp

1. Crush the mint leaves and place them in a mug.
2. Pour the hot water and let it seep for 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Discard the mint leaves if desired.
4. Add a little honey and stir gently.
5. Serve at once.
