Greek Style Chicken Wraps Recipe

A delicious Greek style Chicken Wraps with Chicken, Feta Cheese and Vegetables.
Greek Style Chicken Wraps

Chicken Breast – 225 gms, boneless, skinless
Cherry Tomatoes – 2 cups, halved
Kalamata Olives – 1/4 cup, pitted, coarsely chopped
Feta Cheese – 1/4 cup, crumbled
Lemon Juice – 3 tblsp
Red Onion – 1, finely chopped (optional)
Capsicum – 1/2 big or 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
Oregano – 2 tblsp, chopped
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tblsp + 1 tblsp
Cucumbers – 3 to 4, chopped
Plain Hummus – 3/4 cup
Wheat Flour Tortillas – 10 to 12
Plain Yogurt – 3/4 to 1 cup (optional)

1. Heat 1 tblsp olive oil in a pan.
2. Add the chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
3. Remove and finely chop or shred the chicken.
4. Combine the tomatoes, olives, cheese, lemon juice, oregano, 2 tblsp olive oil, red chilli flakes, yogurt and cucumber in a large bowl.
5. Add the shredded chicken and toss well.
6. Place the tortillas on a flat surface.
7. Spread 1 to 2 tblsp of hummus evenly.
8. Top up with the chicken mixture and roll them up tightly.
9. Cut in half and serve with fries.
