Garlic Basil Shrimp

Garlic Basil Shrimp
Shrimps – 18 to 20, peeled, deveined
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Garlic – 1 to 2 cloves, medium, minced
Red Chilli Flakes – as per taste
Dry White Wine – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 3/4 cup, halved
Basil Leaves – 1/8 cup, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Whole Wheat Pasta – 1 1/2 cups, cooked

1. Heat oil in a large pan.
2. Cook the shrimps for about 2 minutes.
3. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
4. Add the garlic and red chilli flakes to the pan.
5. Cook for about 30 seconds.
6. Add the wine and cook over high heat for 3 minutes.
7. Add the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper powder.
8. Return the shrimps to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
9. Transfer to a serving dish.
10. Serve hot with cooked pasta.
