Tangdi Kebab

Ingredients:
Chicken Legs – 2
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Yogurt – 2 tblsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Salt as per taste
Garlic – 2 flakes
Ginger – 1/2 tblsp, chopped
Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Cabbage – 1/2 cup, grated
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Grind the garlic and ginger to a fine paste adding little water.
2. Mix the chicken legs with the yogurt, chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, asafoetida, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, lime juice and salt.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Keep it aside for 3 hours.
5. Put the chicken legs on skewers and cook in a tandoor oven or grill till cooked.
6. Remove and keep aside.
7. Spread the cabbage on the edges of a flat plate.
8. Place the chicken legs on the center.
9. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
10. Serve hot.
