Kaju Kismis Pineapple Gravy

Ingredients:
Pineapple – 1/2 cup, chopped
Raisins – 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts – 1/4 cup + 2 to grind
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Bay Leaf – 2
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 3
Elaichi – 2
Jeera – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Oil – 2 tsp or as required

Method:
1. Soak the raisins in hot water for 20 minutes.
2. Grind the pineapple pieces and 2 cashews.
3. Add little water and grind to a fine paste.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Add the bayleaves, cloves, cardamom, elaichi and jeera.
6. Add the ground paste and fry nicely.
7. Add salt and sugar.
8. Add the tomato ketchup, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
9. Mix well and stir.
10. Add the 1/4 cup cashewnuts and milk.
11. Mix nicely.
12. Now add the drained raisins and let it boil for sometime.
13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
14. Serve hot as a side dish to chapati or puri or dosa.

it is not 4 normal people. its 2 heavy & costly .
