Ingredients:
Minced Meat – 600 gms
Lamb Stock – 250 gms
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 2 tsp
Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 2 tsp
Cardamoms – 2, powdered
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Ghee –  2 tblsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Cream – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup

Method:
1. Grind the minced meat with the lamb stock, chilli powder, fennel, ginger,coriander, pepper, cardamom powder and 1 tsp garam masala, until the meat is a smooth paste.
2. Add a little yogurt and ghee while grinding.
3. The more you grind the keema the better your meat balls will taste.
4. Shape meat paste into small balls.
5. Heat the remaining ghee and add sugar, cream, salt, the remaining yogurt and garam masala.
6. Pour in the milk, add the koftas, and simmer until the liquid evaporates and the koftas are very tender.
7. Serve.

it is not the recipie of goshtaba.it doesn’t contain chillie at all
