Grilled Chicken Drumsticks in Green Herbs

Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks – 1 kg
Butter – 1 cup or more if required
Shahi Jeera – 1 tsp

For Marinade:
Thick Curd – 1/2 cup, beaten till smooth
Garlic – 1 tsp, ground
Ginger – 1 tsp, ground
Onion – 1 tblsp, grated
Capsicum – 1 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp
Mint Leaves – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 1 tsp,
Salt – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Wash chicken and dry.
2. Make deep cuts in the flesh.
3. Mix all the marinade ingredients to a smooth paste.
4. Apply to chicken and allow it to marinate for 6 to 7 hours.
5. Grill the chicken in a tandoor or barbecue on a charcoal fire for 8 to 10 minutes on either side till done and light brown.
6. Baste with butter while grilling.
7. Arrange on a serving plate.
8.  Sprinkle with shahi jeera and serve with naan.
