Paneer Tawa Masala is a mouthwatering dish that combines the goodness of fresh paneer with a rich, spiced gravy. I learned this recipe from my mom, and it’s become my go-to comfort food. The magic happens on a tawa (flat griddle), where the paneer soaks up all the wonderful spices. It’s simpler than you might think, and the results are just amazing.
About the Recipe
This recipe puts a twist on regular paneer dishes by cooking it on a tawa, which gives the paneer a lovely golden crust while keeping it soft inside. The gravy is rich with tomatoes, cream, and a blend of spices that create layers of flavor. It’s less complicated than many Indian dishes but delivers big on taste.

The gravy is the perfect mix of tangy tomatoes and rich cream, with just the right kick from the spices. Even if you’re new to Indian cooking, this recipe is easy to follow. The ingredients are easy to find, and the steps are straightforward. Plus, it looks impressive when served.
