How to make கேரட் ஜூஸ்
- கேரட்டை தோலை நீக்கி பூத்துருவலாக துருவவும்.
- துருவலை மிக்சியில் போட்டு பால், பாதி தண்ணீர், சக்கரை சேர்த்து நன்கு அரைக்கவும்.
- அரைத்ததை வடிக்கவும்.
- மறுபடி மிக்சியில் போட்டு மீதி தண்ணீரை சேர்த்து அரைத்து வடிக்கவும்.
- இதனுடன் ஆப்பிள் ஒரு துண்டு சேர்த்து அரைத்தால் நல்ல சுவையாக இறக்கும்.
