Fish Tikka Kebabs

Ingredients:
1 kg Fish
1 large Onion, chopped
1 pod Garlic, peeled
8 Green Chillies, chopped
1 inch piece Ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Coriander powder
3/4 cup Yogurt
100 gms Oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp Fish Masala
1 Onion, cut into rings
1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Ingredients for Fish Masala
1 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Ajwain seeds
1/2 tsp Peppercorns
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

To make Fish Masala
1. Pound or grind all the ingredients, sieve and store in an airtight bootle.

Method:
1. Wash and clean the fish and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Put the onion, garlic, green chillies, ginger, garam masala and coriander powder in a blender, and blend into a fine paste.
3. Whip the yogurt with the oil and mix it with the paste; Marinate the fish pieces in the mixture for an hour.
4. Then add the salt and mix well.
5. Skewer the fish pieces on wooden sticks; roast them on a slow fire in a grill for 10 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the fish masala on top and serve with onion rings, lemon wedges and mint chutney.
