Spicy Tea



Dry Ginger – 50 gms
Saunf – 25 gms
Dry Mint Leaves – few
Palm Sugar – 25 gms
Cardamoms – 2
Cloves – 2
Tea Powder as required

1. Dry roast the saunf and remove.
2. Grind together dry ginger, cardamoms, cloves, palm sugar and saunf to a fine powder.
3. Store in an air tight container.
4. Add 1/4 tsp of the powder to 1 glass of hot water.
5. Add required tea powder and stir well.
6. Serve.
