Spicy Potato and Sweet Pea Curry

Ingredients
Oil – 2 tblsp
Potatoes – 5, peeled, boiled, cut into 1 inch chunks
Onion – 1, thinly sliced
Ginger – 1 one inch piece, grated
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
sweet Peas – 1 packet, frozen cooked as per package instructions
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Plain Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped

Method:
1. Heat oil in a large pan.
2. Add the onions, ginger and turmeric powder.
3. Saute for 5 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes, peas, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lime juice and salt.
5. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked potatoes and yogurt.
7. Let it simmer over low heat. Do not allow it to boil.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. serve hot with chapatis.
