  • 10 to 12 Chicken Wings (skinned)
  • 3/4 cup Natural Low-Fat Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Root Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
