- 4 chicken breasts- skinned and sliced horizontally
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 blanched spinach leaves
- 4 tbsp crumbled pepper
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 2 tsp diced onion grated rind
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp kasoori methi
- 4 tbsp fine seviyan
Combine all the marinade ingredients.
Spoon over chicken and set aside for 2-3 hours.
Place spinach leaves over one half of chicken piece.
Mix the remaining filling ingredients and spoon over the spinach leaf.
Fold over chicken to seal.Coat with flour followed by egg, methi and seviyan.
Shallow fry for about 5 minutes on each side.Serve hot with a salad.
