Aloo Bread Tikkis
Potato – 4, boiled, mashed
Bread Slice – 4, soaked in little water and squeezed
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

1. Mix the potato, bread slices, pepper powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
2. Shape into desired shapes (round, square or rectangle) and shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown.
3. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
