Ingredients:
Mutton Chops – 12
Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Mint – 1 tblsp, ground
Green Chillies – 6
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 one stick
Cardamoms – 2
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, ground
Garlic – 1 tsp, ground
Onions – 2, finely sliced
Salt as per taste
Besan Flour – 3 tblsp
Saffron –  a pinch, soaked in 1 tsp milk
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 3/4 cup
Limes – 2, sliced

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together with the mutton chops except baking powder, saffron, gram flour and ghee.
2. Put them into a pressure cooker.
3. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Cool and uncover.
5. Cook on low heat till it becomes a thick gravy.
6. Mix the besan flour with water and whip it to make light and fluffy.
7. Add a little to the gravy along with saffron and baking powder.
8. Leave it for 30 minutes.
9. Coat the chops with the gravy.
10. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
11. Dip each chop into the batter and fry till golden.
12. Remove and cool.
13. If you want it crispier, lightly fry in hot oil again.
14. Serve hot with lime slices.
