Sindhi Elaichi Murgh Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg
Oil – 4 tblsp
Green Cardamom Seeds – 20, ground
Ground Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 1 tblsp, chopped
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Curd – 1 cup, beaten smooth
Shahi Jeera – 1 tsp, powdered
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the cardamoms and black pepper.
3. Add chicken, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and green chillies.
4. Fry for 10 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes and fry for an another 10 minutes.
6. Add the beaten curd and 1 1/2 cups of water.
7. Cover pan and cook ok low heat till chicken is tender.
8. Place the chicken in a plate.
9. Garnish with shahi jeera and coriander leaves.
10. Serve with roti or chapati.
