  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 10 to 15 Crisp Papdis
  • 2 Potatoes (boiled, peeled, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Sprouted Mung Beans
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Chilli Chutney
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander Mint Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Dates Sweet Chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Coriander Leaves (few)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Plain Sev (garnish)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt (as per taste)
