Spaghetti with Tomato and Hotdog

Tomato and Hotdog Pasta
Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 100 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Tomatoes – 125 gms, chopped (or pureed)
Hotdogs – 125 gms, sliced (available in most major supermarkets)
Onions – 2 tblsp, chopped
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Parsley – 1/2 tblsp + some more for garnishing
Cheese – few, grated, for garnishing

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
3. Add the sliced hotdogs and stir well.
4. After a minute, add the tomatoes and mix well.
5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Add salt, pepper powder and sugar.
7. Cook for 10 minutes and sprinkle parsley.
8. Add the noodles and stir well to mix.
9. Garnish with some more parsley and cheese.
10. Serve at once.
