Cheese Papad Kofta

Ingredients:
Onion – 1 cup
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
Cheese – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 5
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Broken Papads – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 5 tsp
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Corn Flour – 3 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Wheat Flour – as required
Coriander Leaves – few

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan over moderate flame.
2. Add fennel seeds and asafoetida powder.
3. Add onions, green chillies and tomatoes.
4. Fry for 30 seconds.
5. Add little salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and chilli powder.
6. Continue to fry for some time.
7. Add the broken papads and let it cook for few seconds.
8. Add the cheese and continue to cook.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
10. Remove from fire.
11. To make the dough, mix wheat flour similar to how a chapati is made.
12. Make small chapatis and in the middle add 1 to 2 tblsp of the gravy.
13. Roll and stick the ends using corn flour.
14. Deep fry the koftas.
15. Remove and drain.
16. Serve hot.
