Sarson Ke Tikke Recipe

Chicken Drumsticks – 1 kg, boneless, cut into pieces
Lemon Juice – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste – 4 tbsp
Green Coriander – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 5 tbsp, chopped
Green Chillies – 3 tbsp, chopped
Yellow Chilli Paste – 1 tbsp
Mustard Paste – 3 tbsp
Mustard Oil – 1/2 cup
Gram Flour – 4 tbsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Butter – 4 tbsp

1. Apply lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste evenly on the chicken pieces.
2. Make a paste by blending together green coriander, garlic and green chillies.
3. To this add all the other ingredients except butter.
4. Squeeze the chicken pieces and add to the prepared paste.
5. Mix well.
6. Keep aside for 3 to 4 hours.
7. Skewer the chicken pieces.
8. Cook in a tandoor or charcoal grill for 10 minutes.
9. Remove, baste with butter and cook further until done.
10. Remove from skewers and serve hot.
