Noodles Masala Sandwich Recipe

Veg Sandwich
Noodles – 1/4 cup, cooked as per package instructions
Bread Slices – 10
Butter – 2 tblsp
Tomatoes – 1, chopped
Onion – 1, chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Carrot – 1 tbslp, grated
Capsicum – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Tomato Sauce – 2 tblsp
Cheese – 2 tblsp, grated
Salt as per taste

1. Heat butter in a pan over moderate flame.
2. After 30 seconds, add the chopped onions, tomato, ginger, green chillies, carrot, capsicum and salt.
3. Stir well and add the noodles.
4. After 45 seconds to a minute, add the tomato sauce.
5. Remove from flame.
6. Apply 2 tblsp of the mixture on a bread slice and spread evenly.
7. Sprinkle some grated cheese and cover with another bread slice.
8. Serve as a snack.

Makes 5 sandwiches.
