Coconut Banana French Toast


Banana – 1
Light Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
Almond Milk – 1 cup
Cane Sugar – 2 tblsp
Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp, ground
Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp, ground
Pure Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp
Whole Grain Bread – 6 slices
Butter – 2 tblsp

1. Add the banana, coconut milk, almond milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a bowl and dip both sides of the bread into the batter.
4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
5. Place the bread slices and cook until lightly brown on both sides.
6. Serve.
