Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Peanuts – 2 tblsp
Green Chillies – 4, finely chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Lime Juice – 2 tblsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/2 tsp

For Tempering:
Oil – 2 tblssp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Bengal Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – 1, dried and halved
Curry Leaves – 1, sprig

Method:
1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
2. Add the coriander seeds, chana dal, fenugreek seeds and asafoetida powder.
3. Fry over low heat till dal turns golden.
4. Remove and grind to a fine powder.
5. Heat oil for tempering and fry the tempering ingredients.
6. Add peanuuts and fry for 2 minutes.
7. Add the green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, ground powder and cooked rice.
8. Stir gently, till well blended.
9. Remove pan from heat.
10. Sprinkle lime juice.
11. Mix well.
12. Serve hot.
