Baked Fish in Banana Leaf

Ingredients:
Fish – 1, cleaned
Salt to taste
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Banana Leaves to wrap

For the Filling:
Onion – 1, sliced, and fried
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tblsp
Green Chillies – 4, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup, chopped
Coriander Powder – 1 tblsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds – 1/4 tsp, dry roasted
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp, dry roasted
Onion Seeds – 1 tsp, dry roasted

Method:
1. Mix together all the filling ingredients in a bowl.
2. Clean the fish. Clear the cavity completely.
3. Put the filling inside the cavity and wrap it tightly in banana leaves.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish is completely cooked and tender.
5. Unwrap the fish and transfer to a serving dish.
