Fried Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns – 4, large, shelled, deveined
Ginger Sherry – 1/2 tblsp
Sesame Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Paneer – 1 tsp, grated
Egg – 1, beaten
Flour – 1 1/2 tblsp
Garlic – 1 clove, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, finely sliced
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Peanut Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Sugar as per taste

Method:
1. Mix the sherry, sesame oil, paneer, garlic, ginger, salt, ajinomoto and beaten egg.
2. Add the prawns and mix well.
3. Keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Heat peanut oil in a pan.
5. Dredge the marinated prawns in the flour and shake off any excess flour.
6. Deep fry the prawns in hot oil until golden brown.
7. Remove and drain excess oil.
8. Serve hot.
