Soya Keema

Ingredients:
Soya Granules – 1 cup
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Skim Milk – 1 cup
Onions – 1 cup, finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3/4 tblsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1/4 tblsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tblsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Soak the green peas and keep aside.
2. Soak the soya granules in milk for an hour.
3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame.
4. Add the onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and saute well.
5. Drain the green peas and soya.
6. Add to the pan and stir-fry until the moisture has fully evaporated.
7. Add the coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, fenugreek leaves, salt and lemon juice.
8. Mix well.
9. When the mixture is dry and easily separatable, remove from flame.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve hot.
