Adai
Adai is a variety of dosa prepared from a combination of dals namely Urad, Channa & Moong dal.
Adai is not exactly a dosa but similar to it. Unlike Dosa, Adai is much thicker, need not be fermented and uses multiple dal varieties.
Adai can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the best combination is Adai Avial or Adai with Coconut Chutney.
