Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 1/2 kg
Ghee – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Milk – 4 cups
Sugar – 5 to 6 kg
Unsweetened Khoya – 1 kg
Saffron – 1 tsp, ground with a little milk
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Mix flour, ghee and salt together.
2. Add enough water to make a dough and knead well.
3. Roll out rough to a very fine rectangle.
4. Cut into squares of about 1 inch.
5. Fry in ghee till brown.
6. Pour 2 to 4 cups of water and milk into a apn with the square pieces of fried dough.
7. Cook till soft.
8. Add sugar, khoya and saffron.
9. Cook on low flame till the ghee surfaces to the top.
10. If it is too thick, add a little milk.
11. Sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
12. Simmer for a few minutes.
13. Serve warm.
