Cranberry Juice – 300 ml
Orange Juice – 100 ml
Fresh Raspberries – 150 gms
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
slices and spirals of fresh lemon or orange.
1. Pour the cranberry juice and orange juice into a food processor and process gently until combined.
2. Add the raspberries and lemon juice and process until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into glasses.
4. Decorate with slices and spirals of fresh lemon or orange.
5. Serve at once.
