Tofu, Sprouts and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
Tofu – 4 tsp
Sprouts  – 1/4 cup
Breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup  1/2 cup
Carrot – 1/4 cup + 1/3 cup
Baby Corn – 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup, boiled
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 to 3 tsp, finely chopped
Corn Flour – 1/4 cup
Cauliflower Florets – 1/4 cup
Water
Salt as per taste
Oil

Method:
1. In a pan add cauliflower, carrot, 1/2 baby corn and 1/2 cup onion.
2. Add 6 cups of water.
3. Add salt and let it boil for a few minutes.
4. In another pan heat oil.
5. Add the remaining onions and fry.
6. Add finely chopped garlic, baby corn and carrot.
7. Add the sprouts and fry for a while.
8. Add the tofu and mix well.
9. Add salt and chilli flakes.
10. Drain the vegetable stock to this pan and mix it all together.
11. Continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes before transferring to a bowl.
12. Add breadcrumbs and serve.
