Punjabi Masala Chop
Lamb Chops – 250 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 1/2 tblsp
Tomatoes – 3/4 cup, chopped
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Black Peppercorns – 1/2 tblsp
Curd – 1/4 cup
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp (or as desired)

1. Heat oil in a pan over moderare flame.
2. Stir-fry the lamb chops for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add the onions, chilli powder, curd, ginger garlic paste and salt.
4. Stir well and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce flame and cover the pan with a lid.
6. Allow it to simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until almost cooked.
7. Add the cumin seed powder and simmer till lamb is tender and gravy is thick.
8. Add garam masala powder and lemon juice.
9. Stir to mix well.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
