Lobster Curry

Ingredients:
Lobsters – 800 gm
Cooking Oil – 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Green Chillies – 4, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Tomatoes – 3/4 cup, chopped
Coconut Paste – 4 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 10
Green Coriander – 1 tsp, chopped

Method:
1. Shell, devein, wash and cut lobsters into dices.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till golden brown.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
4. Add green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes.
5. Stir cooked till the masala mix leaves the sides of the pan.
6. Add the diced lobsters.
7. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Stir in the coconut paste.
8. Add 2 cups water and bring to boil.
9. Reduce flame and simmer.
10. Add lemon juice, curry leaves.
11. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
12. Garnish with chopped coriander.
13. Serve accompanied by boiled rice.
