Cauliflower Banana Kurma

Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1 cup
Roasted Gram – 1/2 cup, soaked overnight
Onion – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 6 to 7
Raw Banana – 1
Tomato – 1 cup
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated or ground
Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
Oil
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tsp
Salt
Saunf – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Coriander Leaves – to garnish

Method:
1. In a pressure cooker, add banana, cauliflower and soaked gram.
2. Add tomato, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, turmeric powder and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Add curry leaves, saunf and coconut.
7. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Add it to the kurma.
9. Let it boil for sometime and mix well.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve hot with chapati or plain rice.
