Sprouted Green Gram Sundal (Pachai Payaru Sundal)

pressure cooked

Mustard Seeds

Asafoetida Powder

Curry Leaves
Oil
as required

Dry Red Chillies - 4

Coconut

Salt
as per taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida powder and dry red chillies.
Fry for 30 seconds and add the cooked green gram.
Add coconut and salt.
Stir to mix well.
Serve in small cups.
