A bowl of vegetable soup can be devoured as an appetizer before a meal or you can also use it as a whole meal by having it with bread slices.

Instructions
Mix the corn flour with 1/4 cup of water and keep aside.
Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium flame.
Pour 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add the carrot, beans, cabbage, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Cook till tender.
Add the corn flour and bring to a boil.
Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
Serve hot.
