Ingredients:
Mint Leaves – 1 bunch, washed and finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
Sprouted Green Gram – 1 cup
Peanuts – 1 cup, boiled
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add mint leaves, cabbage, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Stir well.
4. Add peanuts, green gram, pepper powder and lemon juice.
5. Mix well.
6. Serve at once.
