Broccoli – 1/2 cup, chopped
Cauliflower Florets – 1/2 cup, chopped
Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
CUrry Leaves – few
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
1. Grind together the peppercorns and cumin seeds to a coarse powder.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 30 seconds.
4. Add the broccoli, cauliflower and little water.
5. Cook for 2 minutes and add the ground powder.
6. Add salt and stir well.
7. Remove after a minute.
8. Serve at once.
